Beta Terms
1. What the beta is
FastCrest Cupel is pre-release software. Features can change, break or be withdrawn, and we do not promise that the service will be available at any given time. Keep your own copy of any file you cannot recreate.
Every output is labelled Preview: it was produced, but its accuracy has not been independently qualified. Depth, hand placement and visual pressure are estimates unless a result states a measured source. Do not use outputs for safety-critical decisions, and do not treat an output or an export as certifying that a robot, a dataset or a policy is safe, accurate or ready for release.
2. Your data
You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the outputs derived from it. You give FastCrest a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and transmit it, and to share it with the service providers listed in the Privacy Notice, only to run FastCrest Cupel for you and to keep the service secure and working.
We do not sell your data. The product runs pre-trained models on your footage; it does not train or fine-tune models on your uploads. We may keep operational records that contain no footage, such as counts, timings, hashes and receipts, to run and improve the service.
3. What you may upload
Upload only footage and data that you own or have permission to use. Raw first-person video often shows faces, homes, screens and documents. You are responsible for having permission or another lawful basis from every person who can be identified in it (including consent where the law requires it), and for following the laws that apply to you, including laws on recording, privacy and biometric data.
Do not upload content that is unlawful, that shows children, or that you do not have the right to share. FastCrest Cupel can create a separate face-blurred copy on request. Face detection can miss faces, so a blurred copy is not a privacy guarantee. FastCrest Cupel does not recognize or identify people.
4. How you may use the service
- Keep your sign-in secure, and do not share access outside your organization.
- Do not try to reach another workspace, probe or overload the service, or resell access to it.
- Do not use the service to break the law or someone else's rights.
Organization admins control who belongs to a workspace and what each member can do.
5. Fees
We tell you before we charge for anything. FastCrest Cupel shows an estimated price per source video-hour for a plan and asks you to confirm it before work starts. Where billing is switched on, starting priced work also needs a card on file, which you add through our payment provider. Free samples work as described on the pricing page.
6. Deleting your data
A workspace owner can delete all workspace data at any time from the Retention page inside the product. How long deletion takes, and what remains afterwards, is explained in the Privacy Notice.
7. Feedback
Tell us what is broken or confusing, through the contact page. We may use your feedback without restriction or payment. Please treat non-public details of the beta, such as unreleased features and pricing, as confidential.
8. No warranty and limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, FastCrest Cupel is provided as is during the beta, without warranties of any kind, and FastCrest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, arising from the beta. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Ending the beta
You can stop using FastCrest Cupel at any time. We can suspend access or end the beta, with notice where we reasonably can, if the service or other people are at risk, if these terms are broken, or when the beta ends. On request we delete your workspace data as described in the Privacy Notice.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version date is at the top of this page. Continuing to use FastCrest Cupel after a change means you accept it. For a material change we will notify workspace owners by email.
