Privacy Notice
What we collect
- Account details. Your name, email address, organization and role, which our sign-in provider holds and passes to us when you sign in.
- What you upload. Videos, robot logs and datasets, trajectory packages, and the optional details you enter (such as wearer height, hand length or robot ids). Files can carry embedded sensor data, such as motion-sensor telemetry.
- What we produce from it. Frames, depth, masks, tracks, hand boxes and placements, labels, exports, and the receipts and hashes that tie each output to its input.
- Assistant conversations. The messages you send the in-product assistant and its replies.
- Operational records. Jobs, runs, counts, timings, errors, and the usual server log details such as IP address and browser type.
- Billing details, only when billing is switched on. You enter card details with our payment provider, not with us. We receive a customer reference, payment status and invoice amounts, and we do not receive or store full card numbers.
How we use it
To run the service you asked for: process your uploads, show you the results, answer your questions, keep the service secure and working, give you support, and bill you when billing is on. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and the product does not train or fine-tune models on your uploads. Analysis stages run pre-trained models on your footage. FastCrest Cupel detects hands, objects and, when you request a face-blurred copy, faces. It does not recognize or identify people.
Who handles it for us
These providers receive data only as needed for the purpose shown. Each has its own terms and privacy policy.
- Railway: hosts the web application and database.
- Amazon Web Services (S3): stores uploaded files, intermediate files and outputs.
- Modal: runs the processing jobs that analyze your footage, including the frames and files each job needs.
- OpenAI (hosted API): when you request activity labels or use the assistant, the images, text and messages for that request are sent to this provider.
- Clerk: sign-in, organizations and membership.
- Resend: sends email notices, for example when a run finishes, to members of the workspace.
- Stripe: card setup and payment, only when billing is switched on.
Other hosted providers are used only if you select them for a run. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep your uploaded data and derived outputs until you ask us to delete them. A workspace owner can delete all workspace data from the Retention page inside the product. Deletion hides the data immediately and schedules removal from active storage within 7 days. Backup copies are kept for at most 30 days.
Deletion is permanent and stops workspace processing. Minimal account and authorization records, and a deletion receipt, remain. The receipt records counts and digests, never uploaded contents. Copies you downloaded, or sent to another service, are outside our storage. If you cannot use the Retention page, ask us through the contact page.
Security
Each organization has its own workspace, and one workspace's data is not shown to another. Data travels over HTTPS. Every file and output is hashed, so a change to it is detectable. No system is perfectly secure, and the beta is pre-release software, so do not upload data you could not afford to have exposed.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data. Workspace owners can delete workspace data themselves. For anything else, including privacy requests, use the contact page. We read every request and reply as soon as we can.
Children
FastCrest Cupel is for professional use and is not meant for children. Do not upload footage of children.
Changes
We may update this notice. The version date is at the top. For a material change we will notify workspace owners by email.
