Write to us at the email address on your beta invitation. We read everything during the beta and reply as soon as we can.
What helps us help you
- Your organization name and the page you were on.
- What you expected and what happened, and the recording name if it concerns one.
- A screenshot if the page looked wrong.
Please do not send footage, passwords or keys by email. If you need to send a file, ask us first and we will arrange a safe way.
Privacy and deletion
A workspace owner can delete all workspace data from the Retention page inside the product. For any other privacy request, or if the Retention page does not work for you, contact us with your organization name. See the Privacy Notice and the Beta Terms.
